Samsung unveiled the new GeForce RTX-equipped Notebook Odyssey gaming laptop at CES 2019. The model in question uses a 128GB SSD and Intel Core m3 CPU and costs $799. If you buy one with the same specs and then pen, Microsoft charges $899. Since the pen costs $60 on its own, you’re better off buying the pen separately and saving $40 (that is, assuming you want the Core m3 model. No other version has those specs). The Switch Alpha 12 has a detachable 12-inch screen with 2160 x 1440 resolution. The touchscreen is insanely bright and in our tests produced vivid, beautiful colors. The folks over at iFixit on Tuesday (Nov. 19) tore the 16-inch MacBook Pro apart to find out what’s living under the hood.
